I am a hoarder of winter coats. Usually I can walk into any store, find a cute coat and completely rationalize adding it to my collection. Needing a wardrobe of coats is one (and perhaps the only, besides skiing) benefit of residing in a frigid climate. Today I realized that I can’t even go to my local Target without a few cute coats ending up in my cart. And how about this, they are all under $70.00!
