Reduce the clutter and create a thoughtful + organized digital photo collection!

You've got thousands of precious memories on your phone, buried under screenshots, blurry photos courtesy of your toddler, and 65 identical shots of your dog taking a nap.

It's easier than ever to document our lives...but nearly impossible to declutter them.

Then there's the anxiety of accidentally deleting them all (cue the sweating)!

Remove the mystery and overwhelm surrounding your digital photo clutter and create a thoughtful, organized photo collection efficiently and with minimal stress! You can access all the course material right away, and work through it at your own pace.

But this is more than just a "delete your photos" course.

We all know how to delete a photo from our phone. And if maintaining an organized collection was that easy, we'd all do it (and we've probably tried to do it...multiple times).

I took a different approach. I looked at some of the most common issues keeping people buried under a mountain of digital clutter and addressed them directly in the course before we start the process of cleaning up your photos.

I'll explain cloud storage in a way you understand it, and show you how to calculate your long-term costs so you can make an informed decision about the size of collection you can maintain.

I'll teach you skills that will help you navigate your photos like a pro, to help make the process as efficient and stress-free as possible.

And I'll ensure you leave the course with a simple action plan for moving forward so you don't end up here again.

Course Sneak Peek

Lesson 001

PHOTO ASSESSMENT | 9 mins
Before we can start deleting the digital clutter, we need answers to 3 questions that will guide the process: 1. How many photos are currently on your device? 2. How much digital clutter can you remove? 3. How many photos do you want to add per year moving forward? This lesson will walk you through the simple steps for finding those answers.

Lesson 002

LONGTERM STORAGE | 11 mins
Understanding your options for longterm storage and their associated risks and costs is fundamental to making informed decisions about how to reduce your digital clutter. I'll simplify everything about cloud storage and hard drives and provide you with a free tool for calculating your life-long costs.

Lesson 003

PHOTO CLEANUP ROUND #1 | 12 mins
There are two things that often stall us when we attempt to "declutter" our digital photos: 1. We are overwhelmed by screenshots, downloaded graphics, duplicate shots etc. and 2. We feel anxious about accidentally deleting an important memory we can't get back. This first round of Photo Cleanup will address both of these, and teach you the fastest, most efficient way to remove clutter from your phone.

Lesson 004

PHOTO CLEANUP ROUND #2 | 7 mins
A more granular review of your photos can help you further reduce your collection (if needed) and provide you with time to add important information to optimize your images and meta data. This lesson will show you how to do this natively, or using an optional app.

Lesson 005

DOWNLOADING, CONSOLIDATING, & SHARING | 10 Mins
Learn the simplest way to download your photos from cloud storage, how to organize and consolidate images from various sources (SD cards, social media, emails etc) into one place, and 3 methods for sharing photos without reducing their resolution.

Lesson 006

MOVING FORWARD | 8 mins
It can be easy to let your photos get out of control, but you don't want to end up back in this same spot! I'll teach you the simple, 5-minute routine I complete once a month to ensure my photos stay organized, safe, and accessible.

FAQs

Is the course based on specific technologies?

Kind of! Throughout the course, I'll be using an iPhone. Therefore, most directions/imagery in the video lessons are iOS specific and you may need to "translate" them if you are quite familiar with your (Android) phone's interface.

However, app suggestions and backup methods will be fairly universal and you could use any type of computer for the steps in Lesson 006.

What's different about this course?

We've all seen them: courses that promise to solve this issue but really just cause us more stress.

I love transparency, so let's talk about this.  First off, only YOU can decide what photos are worth keeping. Therefore, any course will require some level of manual labor on your part. We can't avoid that!

However, I truly created this course to be different. I address the root causes of digital clutter to help you identify specific goals and avoid analysis paralysis.

And although you'll have to set aside time to sort through photos, I really dug deep and learned everything I could about how to streamline and optimize this process to save as much time as possible!

And finally, I empower you with tools and plans for moving forward to help maintain your organized collection, so you don't end up in the same situation.

What is the time commitment?

The six video lessons each average 5-10 minutes in length (55 minutes total run time for all 6 lessons).

The amount of time it takes you to complete the cleanup methods outlined in Lesson 003 and Lesson 004 will depend on how many photos you have.

As an example, I had nearly 62,000 photos when I started. Using my method, it took me around 7 hours to create a curated collection of 8,500 photos (5 hours for Lesson 003, and 2 hours for Lesson 004).

If you prefer not to watch the videos, you can download the "Course Cheat Sheet" to work through the process offline.

Who is the course for?

One of my biggest goals with the course was to keep it simple!

I created the course to work for anyone, regardless of technical proficiency.

If you want to create a curated collection of digital photos in a way that is simple, fast, and stress-free...this course is a great fit and is currently geared toward iPhone users.

Is there a guarantee?

Yes, my course is backed by a 100% money-back guarantee. Just reach out via email within 30 days if it turns out it's not for you.

Tell me more about the payment plan...

Need a payment plan option? No problem. You can opt to make 3 monthly payments and it won't cost you anything extra. It's a secure payment system run through Podia.

How long do I have access to the content?

You have access for two years from your date of enrollment.

When is the course?

Digital Photo Cleanup is entirely self-paced. That means you'll have access to all 6 lessons as soon as you complete the purchase, and you can watch them whenever it works for you.

You have access to the course for 2 years.

What's the format of each lesson?

The course consists of 6 video lessons that are 5-10 minutes long.

I wanted to support all learning styles, so you'll get access to a transcript, audio recording, a PDF of each slide deck, and a workbook.

All videos have closed captions and are available in English, Danish, or Spanish.

If you prefer to work through the material away from the computer, you can download the "Course Cheat Sheet" to read though the steps instead.

Is there support included?

You can ask questions within the Lesson Comments throughout the course. I check in on those every day and am 100% here to support you while you work through this.

I try to respond within 24 hours, and will create additional tutorials or resources when needed.

I'm Dani! And I'm excited to help organize your photos.

I've had an exciting, 15-year career that I truly feel has led me to teaching this course.

I have a degree in History with an emphasis in Museum Studies. I spent a year working on one of the largest archival projects in the US and started my career as a digital archivist at a publishing company.

When social media entered the scene in 2011, I pivoted my love for curation toward the online space and spent nearly a decade as a social media strategist for large brands, while also teaching iPhone workshops for small business owners.

This course combines my background in archival work and systems expertise with my experience of digital-photo-overwhelm and teaches you the exact method I used to calm the chaos.
