Ten years ago I was overwhelmed, unhealthy, and exhausted. I am not joking with you, I never had energy for anything. I struggled daily with headaches, brain fog, fatigue and just an overall feeling of overwhelm. Have ya been there?

Then I started my journey to hydration, and my entire life changed. My energy soared. My skin cleared. My eyes brightened. I could think faster, focus longer, and pursue the big dreams I (suddenly) had.

Through Hydrating Habits I combine my passion for hydration with my skills as a systems and efficiency expert and Mayo Clinic Trained Wellness Coach to help you slowly build new, hydrating habits that last.

What's the format of the workshop?

As soon as you complete enrollment you'll get an email with access to the eBook and the three course videos.

You can watch them at a pace that works for you!

You will then receive one email from me each day for the following 14 days. This is when you'll dig in, implement what you've learned, and have the opportunity to start building new habits with my full support -- reply to any of my emails to ask questions or get help.

What's the time commitment?

You'll get access to the eBook and accompanying videos right after enrolling. You can read, watch, or both -- whatever works for you!

The eBook will take about 20 minutes to read through. The video lengths are as follows:

Lesson 001: 13 mins
Lesson 002: 10 mins
Lesson 003: 11 mins

The emails will arrive once per day for 14 days to help keep you on track. They are short (3-5 minutes to read).

How do I read the eBook?

 As soon as you complete the purchase you'll have access to a link where you can download the eBook. You can open it on your computer, or send it to your phone or tablet. You can opt to print the file out, or you can access it on your device of choice. 

The eBook is interactive! So if you use it on a computer, phone, or tablet, you will be able to fill it out and check things off with your mouse or keyboard.

Will I need to buy any supplies?

Not right away! But page 34 includes a suggested shopping list for making the recipes featured in the workshop.

How long do I have access to the material?

You have access to all the online course videos for 90 days from enrollment.

Email support lasts for 14 days from enrollment.

The eBook is yours to keep.

How do I get help or ask questions?

There are two ways to get support directly from me throughout the duration of the workshop.

1. Leave a comment on any of the lesson modules within the course portal. I check on those every day!

2. Hit reply to any of the emails I send during the course -- I aim to respond within 24-48 hours (M-F).

Are the recipes vegetarian/gf?

The recipes are all whole food and plant based. None of them contain animal products, except for milk and Greek yogurt which you can swap for a non-dairy substitute. All the recipes are easily adaptable to your preferences or dietary needs.
