This is a simple, cost-effective way to get professional feedback and insight on your Podia website.
Although I'll only be building or updating one page, I'll provide you with style guides and creative assets that you can use to update your entire website.
Whichever page you want! However, some suggestions would be:
A "link in bio" page that you can add in your social media profiles. This design is typically mobile-first and makes it easy for your audience to find and purchase items.
A favorite things page that helps you highlight products that people often ask about -- such as your favorite books, podcasts, or items for your home.
A free resource library that features your opt-ins to help grow your email list.
Your home page! This can help create a new look that you can apply to your entire site.
I am one of a handful of Verified Podia Pros and am experienced with both website design and backend optimization on the platform.
I am available from 7AM-4PM Monday through Friday, Central European Time.
That looks like this if you're in the US:
NEW YORK: 1 AM -10 AM
CHICAGO: 12 AM - 9 AM
LOS ANGELES: 10 PM - 7 AM
Not in my time zone? Don't worry! This generally works in your favor --- requests you submit during your day, are often completed by the time you wake up, and my work days are generally distraction-free, allowing me to complete projects faster.
My call schedule extends to 6PM so I do take calls a bit later most days, and often do respond outside these hours -- I just don't want it to be the expectation.
I can expand my availability by request for high-priority projects, launches, etc.
I dedicate 80 hours per month to my private client services, and my other work time is dedicated to other aspects of my own business (my paper goods shop, my Substack, etc). It's important that my clients understand and respect this balance.
Support is provided via email and chat while your project is active. The active period begins on the date of your onboarding call and extends one week past the project completion date. Ex. If your onboarding call is October 1 and the project completion date is October 15, email and chat support will be provided from October 1 through October 29.
Please be thoughtful and efficient with your support requests, and keep the conversation within the scope of our project(s).
Responses will often be immediate if sent during my working hours, but please allow up to 24 hours unless the request has been designated as URGENT (please put URGENT in the subject line.)
