Stuff You Might Be Wondering (AKA FAQ)

Who is the course for?

Anyone interested in work/wellness balance, developing new habits and self-development.

I truly believe that the content will meet you where you are at. If you are starting from zero -- you'll find the information introductory and easy to understand. If you feel more advanced, I think you'll find it to be a nice "tune up" with the opportunity to expand your thinking through some of the guest speakers or online events.

What is the time commitment?

Lesson 001 - 006 - These six lessons are focused on aligning foundational areas of wellness. Each lesson is focused on one aspect of HONEYS. These lessons average 35 minutes long. Setting aide 45-60 minutes to watch the lesson + do the exercise should suffice.

Lessons 007-009 - These are focused on habit formation and systems and will help you customize the spreadsheet to your needs. These lessons average 15 minutes long. Setting aside 30 minutes for the lesson + spreadsheet setup should suffice.

Can you tell me more about the payment plan?

Need a payment plan option? No problem. You can opt to make 3 monthly payments and it won't cost you anything extra. It's a secure payment system run through Podia. Payments will be made for three consecutive months and will draw on your date of purchase (ex. Oct 20, Nov 20, Dec 20).

As a small, woman-owned business it is GREATLY appreciated if you pay in full if you are able - this helps cut down on potential administrative costs associated with offering payment plans for the people who need them. Thank you for your solidarity in helping make this content accessible for all.

Is the course based on specific software or tools?

No! The magic of my framework is that it can apply to any software, program, or tool that works for you.

While I'll show you the exact tools and services I use (in case you're curious!) you'll have the option to use whatever works best for you and a strongly believe in using whatever tools work best for YOU.

Can I request reimbursement from my employer for the course?

Although this program is not as work/business specific as my other program, you might feel that your employer is still willing to cover the cost.

I had a friend in HR help me create this handy HR Email Template that you can use to request reimbursement. Once you enroll in the course, you can grab a receipt to submit.

When does the class take place?

All of the course content is pre-recorded. You are welcome to consume at a time and pace that works for you.

You'll have access to all course material for 2 years from your date of enrollment.

What's the format of each lesson?

I wanted to support all learning styles, so for each lesson you'll get access to a video, transcription, audio recording, a PDF of each slide deck, along with a course workbook.

All videos have closed captions and are available in English, Danish, or Spanish. Contact me to request transcription into other languages (it's no problem!).

Where is the class hosted?

Right here! I'm teaching the course through a platform called Podia. It's super easy to use (similar to YouTube!). You'll be able to log in right through my website (see the student login in the top right!).

How long do I have access to the content?

You will have access to all the course material for two years --- until January 1, 2026.

Is there a guarantee?

Is this program only for women?

No, all sexes and genders are welcome in the program.

Some of the content will be specifically geared toward people with estrogen-based cycles or people who are mothers/primary caregivers. However, this content will be applicable to your life whether you fit those descriptors or not -- because we all have to co-exist alongside folks with estrogen-based cycles and families to care for.

The only request here is that anyone who joins the program is a supportive ally to women + femmes, as it will be a woman/femme dominant space.

How does this compare to Thyme Transformation?

If you have taken my Systems + Efficiency course "Thyme Transformation" you might be wondering how The Daily Page compares to or compliments that material!

HONEYS was a small part of one lesson in Thyme Transformation, but is a main focus in The Daily Method so you'll get much more in-depth information in these six areas. During Week 002 when we cover Organization, you'll have a bit of a leg up since you've covered that material. But I've updated it with some new additions that I think you'll enjoy!

This program also includes my methods of goal setting, habit formation, and putting all my goals/habits into my daily systems.

Are there scholarships available?

When will you host The Daily Method LIVE again?

This program is evergreen, so you can take it whenever you want. However, I host it LIVE twice a year. Once for 7 weeks in November/December, and again for 7 weeks in April/May.

This isn't guaranteed, as things can always change. But that's the plan for now!
