The planner works best in Google Sheets. Microsoft Excel does not have good support for the checkbox function, although you can open it and use it in Excel if you prefer.
After you complete the purchase you'll receive an email with a PDF attachment. Simply open the PDF on your computer and it will prompt you to create a copy for your own Google Account.
Yes, you or your business/organization can use the tracker however you want. You can add it to your Team folder and use it collaboratively, if you wish.
The tracker will always be dated for 12 months from the month of your purchase. You can purchase it once and use it year-after-year, either by clearing it or downloading a fresh copy. Note: you will not receive new or updated version. If a version is released with new features, you'll need to purchase the updated version in the future.
Returns for digital products are hard, because we can't technically "get" the file back from you. If you have any issues after purchase please don't hesitate to contact us (via chat or Dani@Thyme-is-Honey.com) so that we can find a solution, including a refund if warranted.
